A 16x40" acrylic on canvas featuring a cream agate sphere. Inspired by a summer walk on Wahnabezee, meaning “Swan Island”. This is the name by which Belle Isle was known to the Anishinaabe peoples native to the area before European settlers colonized Detroit.
